Commercial Door Repair FAQ
Why is oil leaking on my door?
You probably need to replace your commercial door closers. When parts fail in the hardware oil leaks can start. Once you see oil there is a good chance the door might slam and/or damage other parts. We carry surface mount closers and overhead concealed closers in stock.
Can you replace my storefront door?
We stock standard-sized doors and frames for single and double storefront systems. Please see our Storefront Door Replacement page for more information about full door replacement. We can build with transoms and sidelights and fit almost any sized opening.
What is the cost to replace a door closer?
There are a few different types. If the door and frame are in good condition then the price will be less. Surface mount closers require less labor and are cheaper than overhead concealed closers. Feel free to send some pictures via text to our main# and we can help identify what type of closer you have and provide a free estimate.
Are you licensed, insured and bonded?
Yes we are fully licensed (ROC#322885). We provide customers with W9, COI with additional insured and carry workman’s comp and all required insurance.
Do you offer 24 hour emergency repairs?
We offer many same-day glass repair services but don’t always have techs on call after hours. If you reach us early we can get repairs done same-day during normal business hours in most cases.
How can I pay my invoice?
Invoice payments can be paid via link with credit card or ach. We also accept checks, cash, zelle.
